Welcome to all, 

 

I am simultaneously humbled and honored to serve Melbourne Lodge No. 143 as Worshipful Master for 2026. I am extremely confident that with the help of the fantastic Brothers serving as officers and the help of Brothers we will have an outstanding Year.

 

Freemasonry is the oldest secular fraternity in the world, and we would not have survived if we were not a great a honorable institution. As both public and private groups do, we ebb and flow like the tide. This year we will strive to always be on the rising part of the wave. My goal this year is to " Guard The West Gate " To assist us accomplish this goal I am adding one new committee, who's responsibility is to welcome all visitors to our Lodge, introduce them to our members so we can take time to know each other. I will also be looking to add two more members to our mentor program, who will answer any questions you might have during your visit.

 

If you are interested in becoming a Mason, come out and join us for a friendly get together and dinner. We meet the first and third Mondays of each month. And will be very pleased to have you.

 

We have a new cook in the kitchen, and he has great plans for feeding us some delicious meals. hope to see you soon. There is a saying we masons have, Ask..Seek..Knock.  If you visit our Lodge, you will ask questions, when you return to visit you are showing that you seek more information. And after a few more visits and we find that we make a good match the door will be opened unto you... 

 

Our mission is to make our Lodge a place that you enjoy visiting, have fun, eat great food, have fellowship with your new friends, learn exciting new things and look forward to returning. Don't forget to bring your family to our dinner, let them see the type of men you will be spending time with.

 

I look forward to seeing and meeting everyone at our front door.
